Terms of use

These terms govern your use of sense-weavefield.click and the planning sittings described on it. The practice is Sense Weavefield Financial Planning, established in 2015, at Tambon Bo-o, Amphoe Ra-ngae, Narathiwat 96130. By using the site, or by asking us to reserve a sitting, you accept these terms.

The site and the sittings

The pages describe family financial goal-setting and annual planning conversations: the Annual Household Plan, the Goal Mapping Sitting, the Mid-year Plan Sitting, and the School and House Fund Conversation. Fees shown are informational. The site does not take payment, open an account, or complete a booking by itself. A sitting is reserved only when the practice confirms it by email or telephone.

A written household plan records decisions the household makes in the room. It is not a promise of a surplus, a loan, a school place, or a particular sum saved. You remain responsible for payments to schools, builders, relatives, and anyone else you owe.

Acceptable use

Use the enquiry form to ask about a sitting for a real household. Do not send account passwords, identity-card images, or payment-card numbers. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it in a way that degrades it for other visitors, or present our written plans as if they were issued by a bank or a public office.

Intellectual property

The text, layout, and visual design of this site belong to Sense Weavefield Financial Planning unless a page says otherwise. You may share a link to a journal note. You may not copy the site’s pages onto another site or reprint a client’s plan. A household may copy its own written plan for the people named in it.

Photographs on the site are made for the practice. Testimonials are used with the household’s permission and may be removed if that household asks.

Liability

We take care with the figures you bring to a sitting. We do not verify every bank book, builder’s quote, or school notice, and a plan can only be as sound as what was said in the room. To the extent Thai law allows, Sense Weavefield Financial Planning is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this site or from decisions you take after a sitting. Nothing in these terms limits liability that Thai law does not allow us to limit, including liability for fraud or for injury caused by our negligence.

The site is provided as a source of information about the practice. Journal notes are general observations from Narathiwat households. They are not personal advice for a visitor who has not sat with us.

Cancellations and refunds

Money already paid for a sitting is handled under the refund page, which forms part of these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms when a sitting changes or when the law requires it. The date at the end of this page is the date of the current version. A sitting already confirmed keeps the fee and the scope quoted in that confirmation, even if a later version of the site shows a different figure.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes that are not settled by a conversation with the practice are subject to the courts of Thailand.
