Privacy notice
This notice explains how Sense Weavefield Financial Planning handles personal data when you use sense-weavefield.click or sit with the practice for family financial goal-setting and annual planning. It is written for the Thailand Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).
Data controller
The data controller is Sense Weavefield Financial Planning, Tambon Bo-o, Amphoe Ra-ngae, Narathiwat 96130. Telephone 073675892. Email info@sense-weavefield.click. Anong Sae-lim is the person who answers privacy requests.
What we collect
If you send the enquiry form, we receive your name, email address, the sitting you asked about, a preferred date if you gave one, a preferred place for the sitting, and your message. If you telephone, we note the same kinds of details in a paper book at the office.
If you become a client, the sitting may include household figures you choose to share: income rhythms, school costs, debts, and the names of people the household supports. We ask you not to send account passwords or identity-card images through the website.
The site also stores a cookie choice in your browser. Details are on the cookie notice. Server logs kept by the host may include your IP address and the page you requested, for a short period, so the host can keep the site available.
Why we use it
We use enquiry details to reply and, if you wish, to reserve a sitting. We use sitting notes to draft the written plan you asked for and to hold the mid-year conversation. The legal bases we rely on are: steps toward a contract when you ask for a sitting, our legitimate interest in answering a message you sent, and, where a note is sensitive enough to need it, your consent given in the room. You may refuse a question at a sitting without losing the rest of the hour.
We do not sell personal data. We do not send marketing lists. A journal on this site does not name a household unless that household has agreed to the wording.
How long we keep it
Enquiry messages that do not become a sitting are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted or torn up. Client plans and the notes behind them are kept for seven years after the engagement ends, because a household sometimes returns to a prior year and because a dispute about what was written may arise. After seven years the paper is destroyed and the email copy is deleted. Host logs follow the host’s ordinary retention, which we ask to be no longer than 90 days.
Who sees it
Anong Sae-lim and Kittisak Mahamad see client notes. A printer in Narathiwat may see a plan only when you ask for a paper copy beyond the one included in the fee. We do not give notes to a bank, a school, or a relative unless you ask us in writing to do so.
International transfers
The practice itself keeps plans in Tambon Bo-o. The website may be hosted on infrastructure outside Thailand. If you submit the enquiry form, that message is sent to the site host in order to reach us, and the host’s servers may sit outside Thailand. Where a transfer of this kind occurs, we rely on the PDPA’s conditions for cross-border disclosure and we limit the fields to what the form contains. We do not use a separate overseas marketing service.
Your rights
Subject to the PDPA, you may ask to access the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict its use, to object to a use based on legitimate interest, and to receive a copy in a common format where the law provides portability. You may withdraw consent you gave in the room, which does not unwind a plan already handed over, but stops further use that depended on that consent. You may complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee of Thailand.
To use these rights, write to info@sense-weavefield.click or telephone 073675892. We may need to confirm that the request comes from you. We aim to answer within 30 days.
Children
Sittings are arranged with adults. A parent may talk about school costs for a son or daughter. We do not ask a minor to submit the enquiry form.
