Cancellations and refunds

These rules cover money paid to Sense Weavefield Financial Planning for a planning sitting. They apply to the Annual Household Plan, the Goal Mapping Sitting, the Mid-year Plan Sitting, and the School and House Fund Conversation. The practice does not sell goods by post, and this website does not take payment.

How a fee is paid

Single sittings are paid in full when you reserve the hour. The Annual Household Plan is paid in two parts: 10,000 baht before the opening sitting, and 8,000 baht when the written plan is handed over. The first part is the amount that reserves the year. Pay at the office by transfer to the practice account or in cash. Keep the transfer slip until the engagement ends.

Rescheduling

You may move a sitting once, without a fee, if you tell us at least three days before the booked hour. A second move in the same engagement is treated as a cancellation of the original hour and a new reservation. We may also ask to move a sitting if a planner is ill; in that case you choose another date and no fee is kept for the change.

Full refund

If you cancel at least five days before a sitting that has not begun, we return everything you have paid toward that sitting. For the Annual Household Plan, that means the 10,000 baht reservation, if the opening sitting has not started. The 8,000 baht second part is not collected until the written plan is handed over, so it is not refunded as a payment you have not made; it is simply not charged if you stop before delivery.

Partial refund and time kept

If you cancel a single sitting fewer than five days before the hour, we keep half the fee and return the other half. The hour was held for your household and is difficult to offer to someone else at short notice.

If you cancel an Annual Household Plan fewer than five days before the opening sitting, we keep 2,000 baht for the reserved time and return the rest of the first payment. If the opening sitting has already begun, the 10,000 baht is not returned, because the conversation and the drafting have started. You may still stop before the written plan is delivered; in that case the second payment is not charged, and you may ask for any handwritten notes from the hour.

Once the written plan has been handed over and the second payment made, that 8,000 baht is kept. The included mid-year sitting can still be moved under the rescheduling rule. It is not refunded as a separate sum, because it was not priced alone. If you are inside a current Annual Household Plan, you are not billed the standalone mid-year fee at all.

No-shows

If you do not arrive and do not telephone, the fee for a single sitting is kept. If you contact us the same day, we offer one new hour within sixty days, and we do not charge a second fee for that hour. If you miss the opening sitting of an Annual Household Plan, the same-day rule applies to the 10,000 baht: contact us the same day and we will rebook once; otherwise that reservation is kept.

Work already started

An opening sitting that has begun counts as work started. Pencil notes on a mid-year plan, and a fund note already written in a School and House Fund Conversation, are work started once the hour has begun. We do not refund a sitting in progress because the conversation became uncomfortable. You may pause and continue another day under the rescheduling rule if the pause is agreed in the room.

Printed copies

The practice does not sell materials as a product line. If you ask for an extra printed copy of a plan or fund note, the print cost is 150 baht, paid at the office, and it is not refunded once the pages have been printed. A bilingual draft of the Annual Household Plan, if you asked for one, is writing work: the 1,200 baht for the second language is refunded only if we have not started that draft.

How a refund is made

Write to info@sense-weavefield.click or telephone 073675892 and say which sitting, which date, and the name on the payment. Approved refunds are paid by transfer to a Thai bank account in the name of the person who paid, within fourteen working days of our confirmation. We do not return cash by post. If the original payment was in cash, the refund is still made by transfer, so we will ask for an account in the payer’s name.

Illness and other exceptions

If you or the person who was meant to share the sitting is ill, tell us before the hour. One illness cancellation is moved without the late-cancel deduction. If we cancel because the office cannot open, you receive a full refund of any amount paid for that hour, or a new date, whichever you prefer.

Travel quoted for a visit beyond Amphoe Ra-ngae is refunded in full if we have not yet left for your tambon. If we have already travelled and you are not there, the travel quote is kept and the sitting fee follows the no-show rule.
