This page explains what cookies are, which ones this site uses, and how to refuse them. It sits beside our privacy notice.
What a cookie is
A cookie is a small text file a website asks your browser to keep, so the site can remember something on a later visit. Local storage is a similar shelf inside the browser, but it is not sent to the server with every page request. This site uses both, and only for your cookie choice.
Types we use
Essential storage remembers whether you pressed Accept or Reject, so the notice does not return on every page. We do not set analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or measurement pixels. Rejecting the notice does not block the pages, the journal, or the enquiry form. Accepting does not turn on a tracker, because none is loaded.

Third-party requests
Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts. Your browser requests those files from Google, which receives your IP address as part of serving the typeface. We do not send your enquiry form to Google. Google’s own policies describe what they do with font requests. If you block third-party requests, the site still works and falls back to other serif faces already on your device.
We do not embed videos, payment frames, or advertising from other companies.
How to manage or disable cookies
Use Accept or Reject on the notice at the bottom of the page. You can also delete cookies and site data in your browser settings, or block cookies for sense-weavefield.click entirely. The steps differ in Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge; each browser’s help pages describe them under privacy or cookies. Blocking cookies does not stop you reading the site. It may mean the notice appears again, because we cannot see the earlier choice.
If you disable them
The planning pages, fees, journal, and enquiry form remain available. You may need to dismiss the notice more than once. Fonts may look slightly different. Nothing in a household plan is stored inside a cookie.
