School and House Fund Conversation
School terms and the house are the two costs families in this province most often cannot move. This conversation stays on those two and does not try to become a full annual plan.
Fee 5,200 baht
Time About 2 hours
Where Office in Tambon Bo-o, or a home visit inside Amphoe Ra-ngae
What you leave with
A one-page fund note: what the next school year is likely to ask for, what the house needs before the heavier rain, and a monthly amount that can sit aside for each.
Who it is for
Parents, or an adult child helping a parent with a roof, a floor, or clinic-adjacent house repairs. Kittisak leads it. Anong joins only if you also want the wider year written, in which case the Annual Household Plan is the better booking.
Included
- About two hours with Kittisak Mahamad
- A one-page fund note before you leave
- Space to separate tuition, uniforms, transport, and food from the building cost
Outside this sitting
- A full household year plan
- A builder’s quotation — bring one if you have it; we will not invent a roof price
- Enrolment, scholarship forms, or bank loan papers
Who sits with you
Kittisak Mahamad. He will ask for a carpenter’s or builder’s figure rather than guess a repair.
What to prepare
- Any school fee list, uniform note, or bus cost you already hold
- A builder’s figure for the repair, if you have one
- The month the work would need to be finished
Limits we keep
- Two subjects only: the school year ahead, and one house fund.
- If the house conversation turns into a parent’s ongoing care costs, say so at the start and we will lengthen the sitting only by agreement, not by surprise.
The fee
5,200 baht for the two hours, paid when you reserve. A printed extra copy of the note, if you want one later, is 150 baht at the office.
Ask for the School and House Fund Conversation and say whether the house item is a repair or a future purchase.
