Annual Household Plan

The Annual Household Plan is the sitting most families ask for when they want the coming year named before it is spent. It is for one household that shares day-to-day money, usually two adults, and sometimes a parent or an adult son or daughter who is part of those decisions.

Fee 18,000 baht

Time Opening sitting about 2 hours; mid-year sitting about 75 minutes

Where Office in Tambon Bo-o, or a home visit inside Amphoe Ra-ngae

What you leave with

You leave with a written plan for one calendar year: up to three household goals, a plain picture of money in and money out by month, and the dates when larger costs usually arrive. The mid-year sitting checks that paper against the first half of the year.

Who it is for

Households in Narathiwat who want family financial goal-setting done in a room, not left as a private worry. Shop families, salaried couples, rubber smallholdings, and fishing households all sit for this plan. If adult children keep a separate purse, they book their own sitting.

Included

  • An opening sitting of about two hours
  • A written household plan within fourteen days, handed over on paper and sent to the email you give
  • A mid-year sitting of about seventy-five minutes
  • Two short email replies during the year if a cost already named in the plan changes

Outside this sitting

  • Advice to buy a named investment or insurance policy
  • Tax returns, loan files, and legal documents
  • Bookkeeping for a shop, a boat, or a rubber holding
  • Sittings outside Narathiwat province

Who sits with you

Anong Sae-lim leads every Annual Household Plan. Kittisak Mahamad joins the opening sitting when the household also wants the school-fee and house-repair lines worked in the same afternoon.

How the year proceeds

  1. Write or telephone, name the Annual Household Plan, and offer two months that suit an opening sitting.
  2. Before the day, gather the papers listed in the preparation note. You do not need a perfect record.
  3. At the opening sitting we name who the plan is for, list money coming in, and stop at three goals.
  4. Within fourteen days you receive the written plan. The second part of the fee is due when that plan is in your hands.
  5. Live with the plan. If a named cost changes, send one of the two email replies included in the fee.
  6. At mid-year we sit again and move lines that the first half of the year has already changed.

What to prepare

  • Something that shows the last few months of money in and out: a bank book, a shop notebook, or a handwritten list
  • School notices or fee lists you already have
  • The names of people this household supports
  • Large costs you can already see: a wedding, a roof, a boat repair, a family visit, a clinic schedule
  • Any amount owed each month, including money owed to a relative

Limits we keep

  • One household per engagement. A relative with a separate purse needs a separate booking.
  • The meeting can be held in Thai or in Yawi. The written plan is prepared in Thai or in English, as you ask at the sitting.
  • Home visits are part of the fee only inside Amphoe Ra-ngae. Travel farther into the province is quoted before you agree.
  • The plan records decisions the household makes. It does not promise a surplus, a loan approval, or a particular saving result.

The fee

The engagement is 18,000 baht, paid in two parts: 10,000 baht before the opening sitting, and 8,000 baht when the written plan is handed over. The mid-year sitting is included and is not billed again. Nothing is paid on this website. You pay at the office by transfer to the practice account or in cash.

Ask for an opening sitting through the enquiry form and write the month you would like to begin.
